The logo.sys is the Windows screen,

The logo.sys is the Windows screen, but it seems like there is another picture loading after that so.....

I would look in the win.ini file
Start
Run
msconfig
Win.ini
and see if there is a load= or run= picture loading and delete just the filename.jpg or filename.gif. Make sure you Save the change and try rebooting to see if it still loads.

If it isn't there then look in the startup folder to see if it's loading from there. If it is go to:

Right click on start
Open
Program Files
Startup
Delete the picture file
Reboot
