Hi everyone,

Help....! I got this msg. on one of my servers and I do not know what to do.
I just upgrade my domain server and I have another server running Windows 2000 server joining the same domain. When I turn them off and move them to the PC room. I turn the domain server no problem then I turn the other server and I can't log-in. It give me the following error msg:
The interactive logon privilege has been disable.

What should I do?

Thanks

The Logon on Locally Right has been disabled. Logon as an administrator and access the local policy and enable the Logon right.

I have been trying to logon as administrator I always sign in as administrator on those servers.
Is there any way to do it from the Domain controller server?

Try this:

Connect to the server with the issue using a Net use z: \\servername\C$ <Password> /u:Administrator

Navigate to the %SystemRoot%\Security\Database folder.

Rename Secedit.sdb to Secedit.old_sdb.

Copy an operational Secedit.sdb from a Windows 2000 platform of the same edition (Server to Server or Professional to Professional).

Shutdown and restart the problem computer.
