Yeap! Cisco phones now will be Nortel too since they are BANKRUPT! I still like Nortel, but they have been in trouble for years. Wonder if Cisco will actually try to pick up Nortel ...

cisco and nortel talked about a merger years back.. but two sinking ships are not going to make a new flagship.. neither one has the cash on hand, a stock trade is insane when your stock is work a quarter and that's an up cycle..

major players that could make an offer... microsoft and cisco.. if gates wanted a hobby... nortel and either avaya or att.. best bet would be none of the above, foreign money.. japan or china.. and india has some software giants that could pump some money back into the lifeless body..

but less not forget the new and improved goverment bailout.. why don;t they bail me out to the tune of half a billion or so
