We're having trouble with our email and I'm not sure where to start. We can send outgoing messages but when people try to send us messages they get this error message in return.

We have a Microsoft Exchange 5.5 server. Any ideas?

Do you also get that same error if you try sending yourself a message?

Is your internet mail connector for excahnge enabled?
The two rules for success are:
1. Never tell them everything you know.

Make sure the internet mail connector is enabled as rjkrash mentioned and test from an external mail account...

Reporting-MTA: dns; quimby.svc.tds.net

This DNS server is reporting that there is no reply from the IP of your mail server
The DNS record shows your external IP should be 216.170.138.99 check your external IP it will probably be different. You need to either set your IP to match the DNS or vice-versa
