The DNS Proxy Agent was unable to Bind to the IP address 192.168.0.1

Hi,
I am running a win2k server as DC,DHCP,DNS, and ICS,
but i'm getting that error message on the system log every day, and i think that is making my system crash. the ics is a semmi t1 connection with a static ip.

u cant run ICS when there is already a DHCP server on the network, ICS has a mini built in DHCP server they will be conflicting with each other. I suggest you get rid of ICS and use RRAS with NAT instead.
