I always thought that an ACDN and a Phantom operated the same way, in as much as they would forward the calls as fast as they came in.
I had built a Phantom that was offsite forwarded to a Call Center, which worked fine (I thought). The tech at the Call Center called and told me that they were getting complaints of busies. Sure enough if I called the DID number going to the Phantom and quickly dialed it again I would get a busy signal. These calls are coming in on ISDN-PRI and going back out on ISDN-PRI, same Trunk group.
I changed it to a ACDN and I could not make it fail, went through every time.
Running Succession 5.0
I have built these before without any problem that I know of, has anyone had prior issues with this.
