We are using Small Business Server 2003. Our workstations are running XP professional and Office XP. We have configured Outlook to use Pop and SMTP with our Road Runner account. We only use Exchange for Contacts and Calender under the Public folder. If our Pop account is not listed first as the default mail account in the Email Accounts window, we cannot send e-mail. Our problem is that when we log off and log back in the Microsoft Exchange Server account comes back as the default mail account. How do we stop this? Thanks in advance for any help you can give us.

Hi Mike - Did you ever find a resolution to this problem? We have a client whot is experiencing the same issues.

Thanks
Rich

Hi Rich

No, I haven't. I tried to use the wizard that comes with SBS 2003 to configure mail with POP. It was problematic. So I changed it back. The users still have to move the account to the top of the mail accounts list everytime they reboot their computers.
