The database logon information for this report is either incomplete

When I run a report through Crystal report server, an error message generates: "The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect".

My server environment

Windows 2003
BusinessObjects Enterprise Version - 11.5
Database: Oracle version 9i
Connection string: ODBC

There is no parameter on that simple report. I tried to test the connection from crystal enterprise. But failed.

Additional information: on the same server I have install the Crystal Professional version 11.5.10.1263 and I run the same report with the Same ODBC connection. The Report works fine via Crystal professional.

Any one experienced this issue before for crystal enterprise.

Any help or clue to resolve the issue

Additional information

When I run though cyrstal publishing wizard, the end message shows "Object committed to CMS successfully".

but the unfortunately in the either CMS or InfoView the Same error message generates: "The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect".

When I check go through CMC - folder - report -process - Database, there is no Database name, only exit Server Name (sames as ODBC), User Name and Password.


Any other idea what should I will check.
