the Crystal Reports Viewer in not installed correctly

Hi everyone

i have installed Crystal Reports 8.5 Pro in a Windows XP Proffessional nachine. The users are complaining as they are getting the following VBScript error message:

The print job is terminated unexpectedly. Possible reason: the Crystal Reports viewer is not currently installed.

Does anyone know how i can resolve this problem and get the Crystal Report Viewer as i thought it would come with Crystal 8.5 Prof.

What are the users doing to cause this error? I assume they are opening the crystal reports designer, then the report in question, then refreshing it.

If not, please tell us what is happenning.

Thanks for getting back into contact with me. I have managed to sort out the problem. All users do not have admin access and therefore when Crystal report viwer tries to instal, it doesn't therefore not allowing the Users to view it fully. I therefore logged in as a administrator and allowed the Crystal report viewer to install on that machine. All works fine now.
