the configuration osbiz is not save on

Hello..

lats time i have a configuraton siptrunking in the osbiz x8 v7. i was setting the pabx and was running well.
But something is become power off and backup power can not backup. and all setting configuration are well except web routing a siptrunking. every the pabx is down , the pabx siptrunking always not appear. and can dial via siptrunking.

i dont konw what the problem the pabx cannot saved setting only webrouting.

Try to save the database to the SD card via Assistant T, if I remember correctly, menu item 28-2-1. You will see the function value on the phone display.
