Hi guys,

Good afternoon, I have a problem with my PBX, the configuration of the IP phones is lost when the IP Office 500 v2 is restarted, all my phones are 1608 IP, and gives it DHCP the router, I only introduce the Vlan.

Any suggestion is good.

Thanks,

HI EdgarCasillas,

Does thephones not connet to the IPO system once rebooted?
If this is the case they are not getting the VLAN ID.

Do you have the scopes set up in the DHCP server? This will tell it the VLAN id and the call server IP address.

You can also force the VLAN ID using the 46xxsettings if you cant enter the scope on the DHCP server windows server etc.
I had fun before when the server maintenaner wouldnt allow me to access and enter a scope and when I gave the scope to them they tried it which never worked. I later found as they copied a scope from another avaya installer which they work with alot but it was incorrect.
I just pushed the ID out. Much easier then chasing tails
