My users are getting the above error message when the accept meetings requests. Your help with this is much appreciated.

What version of outlook are your users using,

and are they using activesync for anything (mobile phone sync)

Also have you changed anything in exchange?

This could be caused by free busy information issue in the public folders.

Users are using outlook 2003 SP3. What are you meaning by free/busy information?
