the client crash with a dump memory during the netbackup.

I have 2 clients with the same problem (crash during the backup).
Netbackup version 5.1 mp3 enterprise.Master and media servers are windows 2003.
First one a NT4 server SP6 client with 100Go to backup via the media server.the nt client system always crash down when the backup arrives to 36Go with an unexpected shutdown.
Seconde client is a windows 2000 server sp4 with 200Go to backup via the master server. the windows system always crash down when the backup trys to backup one bigfile (size 62Go)with an unexpected shutdown.
need help.any idea?

We have the similar problem in out enviornment, and we found that this something to do with the SAVCE client on the server.

What is your SAVCE client verison?

We have problem with 10.0.1, and need to upgrade to 10.0.2 or downgrade to 8.0
