Hi all


I have a problem with a hung call´s in the call pilot 100/150????

help me??
 
What is your Phone system & CP Versions?

What type of lines do you have?

Show line: ___ - Enter line 001
L001:001 - Show
Trunk line data - Show
Trunk type: Loop - Next
Line type pool A - Next
Dial mode: Tone - Next
Primeset: 221 - Next
Dstnct Rng: None - Next
Auto privacy: Y - Next
Trunk Mode: Super - This sets your disconnect supervision. If a caller hangs up in voicemail this is what will detect that hang up and drop the line. If yours shows unsuper then change it to super.
Do this for all of your lines.

My system is Norstar MICS release 6.1 and the Call Pilot is 100/150 Release 2.0, the lines they are Loop Start without disconection supervition this onli LS this is the only type in México.

You know this problem??
 
Are the LS cards new? NT7B69AAAA
Make sure they are set to the correct country code for Mexico. All the ones I get are set to the default (USA).
