hi I have a situation, so I'm looking for some help

I need to manage graphs in a Microsoft Visual C# 2005 application. this implies that I need to transfer the graphs, I'm going to use an XML based format, but I don't know which one to use. I don't have enough criteria to decide which one is better.

I briefly looked at two existing XMLs for describing graphs:

But I want to know which one is widely accepted, which one is more efficient, or works better with .NET 2005, or if there are other formats I haven't see...

Thanks for your time

They're both just schema to define the graph data structure. Who you transfering graphs to? Do they use standards? Why not write your own schema?

hi

well, at the beginning I'm just going to transfer the graphs to different locations but using just my application, but I want the way of handle the graphs to be the most standard possible, so in case that I have to give the graph information to another application, this new application doesn't have much trouble to understand the information.

that's why I'm looking for the most widely accepted format, and that's why I don't want to create my own schema.

I doubt if you'll have much luck getting the question answered here. You'd be best of contacting the writers of those standards, and also finding other people who exchange graph information this way.
