The Apocalypse! Can browse OWA with Mozilla but NOT Internet Explorer

I have a Windows 2003 Standard Server with Exchange 2003 and OWA.

Using Mozilla 1.7, I can successfully browse my SSL-protected OWA mailbox.

However, using latest Internet Explorer 6, I cannot! I get "HTTP 400 - Bad request - The page cannot be found"

Any ideas what might be the cause? Funky permissions? Bad ISAPI header or configuration?

I just installed Exchange 2003 service pack 1. Could this be part of the problem? Can anyone walk me through configuration and permission settings to help me track this down?

Ok found the fix, there were funky settings for ApplicationPools and other stuff.
