the 1st 2 digits are being replaced with 99 1

and Suddenly it is happening

When an user is calling a mobile number starting with 0502XXXXXX, first of all the call does not even go outside. The second thing is that when the call monitor is referred, the 1st two digits are stripped off and is replaced with 99 such that the number becomes 9902XXXXXX. Normal Analog trunks are in use and the telephone sets used are 1408 and admin software version is 8.0.44. One more thing, out of the 2 DS30 expansion modules, one has been given for replacement and still it is visible in the admin software.

Can anyone give us a solution.

Outbound number matching and manipulation will be done with Shortcodes, either in System, User, or ARS.
