My router a cisco 1751v is fully configured and working fine. But the problem is it always tries to access tftp server in background.
I get following errors in my tftp server log. my router name is mourigram_ppl_term
The errors in tftp log are
file not found ...mourigra.cfg
file not found ...mourigram_ppl_term.cfg
file not found ...cisconet.cfg
file not found ...network-confg.cfg
Can any one tell why my router is trying to load these files. What are these files? and how to prevent this?

Can any one tell me how to turn off my tftp options in my cisco 1751v

Try:
no service config

I had a 2600 that was doing the same thing. I used the "no service config" command and that took care of the problem.
