textAreas Not Working!

Hello everyone!

I am in the process of making a flash website for my friend, i have made a contact section and made a form using PHP (but its disabled atm until the site is finished).

The problem i have is when i click the contact section and try to type in the text input areas, it doesnt let me type anything?

The content of the site is a collection of movie clips called content1 etc...all held within a contentHolder movieclip, and when you click the headings at the top it slides to show the section you clicked on.

Now I tried placing all the form and components within the Contact movieclip but the text inputs wouldnt work. I assumed this was because it was a clip within a clip and there was some sort of problem.

Then i tried placing all the form and components in a seperate SWF and then using the loadMovie function and loading the contact.SWF into a black movieclip on the Contact area...but still the same problem!

I think the root of the problem lies with the navigation...because its a fancy slider, i have to put the content within a movie clip and i can put it at the root...therefore they dont work...

If any of you knowledgable people can help me out i would be very appreciative ^_^ thankyou

i should also add that i get a security sandbox violation to maybe this affects the functionality too

any help on this would be awesome..

Flash is not allowed to access local files from Internet!
