I have Quarkxpress 4.1, usually it works fine but for some reason it wont print the text on the document I'm working on at the moment, it's printing the pictures ok just missing out the text. Is there a reason for this? How can I adjust it?
I am new to the group. I am also a fairly new user of Quark. I am using VERSION 6.1. I am having a "text will not print" problem myself. I am writing a graphic heavy 100 + page book. When I attempt to print comp pages on my printer (an Epson 2200) I only get graphics, not text about 65% of the time. As you can imagine this is very frustrating. There is no variable other than somtimes the text prints and sometimes it does not.
Is this a bug in the Quark Software. It sure seems to be. HELP!!!!!
Hi Elvis you should have started a new thread.
However maybe you should get the free upgrade to QuarkXPress 6.5, and be aware that the Preferences folder may be missing in your QuarkXPress folder, if so quit Quark and Create one there, then when you next launch Quark it will fill up with stuff.
