I'm sure there's a very simple explanation for this, but at the moment it's driving me absolutely NUTS.
Every time I attempt to put text in an image in Photoshop 5.0 LE, the default size setting is 113. If I attempt to change it, I get the following snippy message:
If I use 113 or any of the other values they suggest, the font either comes up EXTREMELY HUGE or REALLY TINY. The actual size of the font doesn't seem to have any correlation to the size of the number I choose.
I just installed the exact same software on a different computer, and I don't have this problem. Since the one I'm having these issues with is installed on a computer that frequently spazzes, crashes, dies, or has an emotional breakdown, I'm beginning to suspect that the problem has nothing to do with photoshop at all.
Anyone? Clues?
