hello everybody!
I'm new to the forum and I apologize from the beginning if my post is not english-correct, I'm not so used speaking it..
anyway, I graduated in graphic and I use adobe sw since 1998 but I use ID CS2 only from a while..and I saw in some press reviews a cool effect that I have recreated:
put some *Large* capital letter in the top of the page and type some new text inside (or on top) of it maybe rotated CCW, in a lighter font and color..
well, the question is not how to achieve this effect but How this is made in the right way. I mean, is it correct to create 2 layers one above the other and then link them or group them? or is it better create the first big letter and choose anchorate object from the right-click menu? or, maybe create outline of the two layers and try exclude overlap?(I don't think this is really what I need cause I need to edit text..)
HELP!
I could ask the same for picture that requires a small description and numbering..referring to anchorate items..
thanks everybody I hope I don't bother you too much with my Q's
bye
