I have a report that seems fine in the print preview, and prints fine on my development pc, but when I give the .adp to my client the report prints in a very strange way. All the labels are laid out fine, but all the text boxes print much smaller and all squashed together, perhaps about 1/4 of the size they are supposed to be. I've suggested to my client they get their IT department to check all the printer settings, but has anyone experienced anything like this before or no what the problem might be??

Thanks

Dave

You are on track... Check Fonts and Printer Configurations. Can the user try another PC and another Printer to confirm the issue is isolated to a configuration issue. htwh,

Thanks for your reply. I got them to try it on another machine yesterday and it was indeed isolated to the machine, and not the report. So i've left their IT department to deal with it!!

Good Plan! I have similar issues and have been unable to isolate the issue. For future reference, I would be curious if you find out specifically what configuration/driver issues were the source of the issue. Post you findings, I'm sure others would like the info also.
