Morning :)

This is the scenario: We have a client that wants to forward their incoming calls to another location on demand and to have the night menu play on demand. I was hoping there was a way to have the Inbound Route test (IF...THEN...ELSE) for the two Call Flow Control conditions, but, you can only choose to use one at a time from the web interface.

The only logical way around this is for the client to use the Call Flow Control condition for playing the Night menu on demand and then use the carrier's star code to forward the lines to another location on demand.

Did I miss something?

Thanks,

Kim Locke

I do that all the time by cascading CFC's
inbound call --> CFC transfer --> CFC night menu --> on to your normal destinations
create 2 new CFC
number 1 CFC description = nite menu
Normal Flow (green) points to your normal call routing
Override Flow (red) points to your nite menu

number 2 CFC description = transfer calls
Normal Flow (green) points to your new cfc nite menu
Override Flow (red) points to your nite transfer destination

an inbound call hits CFC transfer If it is override(red) then go to transfer destination
if it is normal(green) go to CFC nite menu
at the cfc nite menu if it is override(red) then go to nite menu
if it is normal(green) go to your normal call routing

you can assign blfs to watch their status
