testing NLB

I have Network Load balancing set up on two servers. The NLB manager says both server addresses are "converged". When I go to the virtual IP address though, I am always sent to serverA and never to serverB. Even if I pull up the virtual IP address on 3 or 4 workstations, I always get serverA. Im not sure this is a valid "test" though. I can't find any MS documents that help. Can anybody tell me how I can test my NLB configuration to make sure that both servers will be used? I can test by shutting down serverA, but there must be a better way to test NLB performance.
