Testing MPCERT HTTP Request Functionality Failed There is no such object on the server

I have re-installed the mp.msi, I have tried to re-install the site and stil keep getting this error. Any help would be appreciated.

I also noticed it does pass if active directory is not checked. However, I am using extended active directory so I need it to pass with this check.
 
Added permision in active directory to allow that computer to update the system management folder. Now I have a new error.

It says Object Referenced not set to an instance of an object.
