I have created an AA2. I want to test it out before activating it for our phone lines. We use a fractional T-1 with DIDs. We have one main number that has all calls initially answered by AA1.
How can I test AA2? If we had POTS lines, I know I would just reassign the appropriate line and number to the autoattendant, but that's not our set up.

How do I change the system so that AA2 answers the calls.
Currently there are two phone lines 801 and 802 that are assigned to AA1. When I tried just assigning them to AA2, AA1 still picked up the calls.
We have Merlin Magix and Messaging 7.

Renumber an adjunct to something in your DID range and cover it to voice mail. Create a mailbox that points to AA2. You can call the extension locally or dial out and back in on the DID.

When you set up the voice mail box, it asks you if this is to be an autoattendant, then it asks you wich one.
