Hey All

Currently have a TN2501AP VAL, with the standard 31 playback ports. If anyone can help with one of the two questions:

1. 31 playback ports indicates to me we can have 31 people listening to an announcement at once. In the past we have had instances where the 32nd caller has been cutoff. We are looking at queuing our announcements, but we arent sure what the customer will hear when the 32nd call is queued. Does anyone know? Will they hear dead air, will they hear a music source?

2. I would still love to physically test the results of bombarding the board, as some of the questions above may not be able to be answered on the forum. So, does anyone know a way to send 32 calls simultaneously to an announcement extension without manually dialling the announcement extension 32 times from 32 phones? Is there a scheduled dialling feature in ASA that i am not aware of???

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Peace Out

ND,

1. Your caller will hear ringback until they are connected to the announcement or their call is answered.

2. Not that I know of.
