I know that perl has the equivalent of ksh
[[ -f filename]]
constuct but I cant find the documentation. I've searched but I'm not even sure how to phrase the question. Can someone point me in the right direction please. A web address would be better than an answer to the specific question - then I won't bother you next time I need something similar

Thanks

Columb Healy
