trying to make test calls by grabbing a particular trunk and member. i have my 2616 set up as an MTA and when i log into it and try to make a call i get a TRK017 log. it is telling my that it fails because it is an ISL TIE trunk. is there a diffrent way to do this? i have been using the trunk ACOD to do this but i was trying to get a more precise test in.

isa works different then a normal test trunk, is the member your trying to test allowed outgoing?.. and if so you'll need the master route.. i have in the past on analog trunks, outed a member and put it back in on a new route withonly the one member, that would let me test a single member of a route when trying to locate a single bad trunk, with t1's and pri, i don't remember ever seeing a single bad trunk since they are a product of bandwidth as opposed to a copper layer one connection
