TES 824 jack 01 operator console kx 7730 busy solution

i have panasonic TES-824. how it possible that jack 01 operating console installed at reception whenever busy call waiting is activated and other internal extention user when dail 0 the call need to made.

You have to Enable this feature to Operator's Telephone (Jack 01).
PGM 731 - Call Waiting from CO-line
PGM 732 - Call Waiting from Extension
(See Feature Manual, Section 1.1.3.5)

When other Extension calls to an Operator and hears a Busy Tone it should press "2".
(See User Manual, Section 1.2.4)

thanks for that but my question is that without pressing figure 2 call waiting is received with only dialing figure 0 it is possible as we dial in TDA or NS series?

TES824 doesn't have an "Automatic Call Waiting for Extension Calls" feature.
Only manual CallWaiting is available (by pressing "2" when hear a Busy Tone).
