Hi guys,

Question for you. using CR10 against my accounting system and we have a crystal report that generates a purchse order. I want to append a 3 page terms and conditions document (either word or PDF) that prints out for every po printed, could be multiple.

I am wondering what section to put it in to print correctly. I already have data in the page footers that I don't want to move. If I put the terms in the last Group Footer, it prints, but it also prints the page footer info that I don't want to print when the terms prints (like totals, etc). Make sense? Basically I just want to append this document after each po prints.

Any ideas? I am pretty good with Crystal just a little out of practice.

Thanks!

Yes. In that particular case you would export the report to a Crystal Report format (which is simply an rpt file with saved data) and process that rpt file in the bursting software.

There is also a potential option to do this from within the accounting software using a UFL call. Too involved to bother writing a full explanation here.

- Ido

view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

Now I am starting to go insane.

I have 4 GroupFooter sections (a,b,c,d). The first 3 all are set to print at bottom of page. If I select group d to have new page before, a,b,c no longer print at bottom of page, they just print right after details. if I don't set d to force a new page before, everything prints at bottom as desired.

Is this a bug? WTF is going on? CR10
