I had a need today to terminate an active conference running on Avaya Aura Conferencing (AAC) 8.0. I have no idea how to do so. I was watching the conference on Element Manager using the KPI / Monitoring and reporting. Short of deleting the user through the admin interface, I'm unsure if it's even possible. The Director of Technology had to join the call and tell them to end the call.
Any thoughts?
