Hi,

I recently had to replace one of my terminals. After copying all the necessary files, I have been unable to get the terminal up and running. At one point, I did have it connected and running for several hours. However, when everything restarted this morning, that one terminal did not start up. It finds the "master" but is unable to get the file server info. Here's my debout info:

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

actually, it seems to connect fine to the fileserver, just not to the master terminal

Looks like the Aloha drive on terminal 1 is not shared as "bootdrv" with full access.

I would make sure that all terminals have a mapped drive to the server....ie...z:\\alohaboh\bootdrv

Then check to see if all terminals are using or have the same user and password accounts set up
