Terminal Will not get past "Waiting for system configuration to complete"

This is a strange one I'm setting up a BOH where a FOH/File server used to be using ver 6.5.14 and I get this in the debout when starting the IBERCFG.bat

The terminal which is going to be master term1 has access to the partition where aloha is installed on the ALOHABOH UNC/NET SHARE, and WIN firewall is off, LANA seems to be working, There is no flag and the next line in the debout usually reads checking for unregistered versions, I have everything registered on the server tried unreg/rereg same issue. Also the OK files have been deleted and recreated in both the ALOHA BOH,
DATA and NEWDATA. Not sure what the issue is here no firewalls, antivirus, network is fine version seems consistent not sure what I am missing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Check to make sure ctlsrv service is running in services.msc.
Check the debout.srv if it was not for any issues with the service

Also I just realized you are making a file server where one was not before. So also check Term1's local environmental variables and make sure its not looking for a different server other than Alohaboh

Thanks Man,
I did double check the variables on term1 after reading your post, they look good...Also checked the ctlsrv service and it is running and the debout.srv shows only 5 lines for the date and this is all. I did most of the work after 10:50am up until 6pm not sure this is any help. Looks like the terminal finds the server just is having issues syncing but what issue is the question??

The Debout actually had some more information this time. Maybe someone knows what this means I'm not sure.

The problem with this turned out to be the data, I switched data sets and there was no issue. I was working with some back-up data so I did not look into what the issue was exactly within the data I just know the particular data set was the issue. Does anyone have a Fix log for 6.7 or 6.5? I would be grateful having one.

#:\bootdrv\aloha\BIN\GRIND.EXE /FIXLOG TRANS.LOG

Once you have a fixed.log, rename the old trans.log to something else and rename fixed.log to trans.log

Thats all you really need to do

The data folder you were working with may have been missing the OK file.
