Hi,
I'm running a windows 2000 server as well as several windows 2000 machines in my house. I recently reinstalled windows 2000 server on my server and everything is working great except for the Terminal services. On my last server, it worked great, but every time I try to connect to the server from my windows 2000 machine, it says: "The client could not connect to the Terminal server. The server may be too busy. Try connecting again later". I have the service turned on "Automatic" on my server and I have been getting this error everytime I try to connect. What can I do to make this work???Thanks.

Hi,

1.does term.service on the server runs ok. (meaning- started)?
2.does term server port are opened? (use portscanner to port 3389)?
3. do you have the default settings of term server? may be you change something?

Go to control panel, add/remove programs, windows components, scroll down the list, and make sure Terminal Services has a check mark. If not, check it.
