I am a Sys Admin in a company and currently assigned a job to run an application on Terminal Services for 150 users.

Now I dont have any TS license. but I have 90 days evaluation period from win2k server.

Can any one pls guide me that how many concurrent users can be connected remotely to Windows 2000 Terminal services (application mode) during this evaluation period.

Your help in this matter will be highly appreciated.

The number of users who are allowed to connect is not limited. You just have to be aware that once your 90 days are up, the Terminal Server will stop authenticating users, so within the next 90 days you have to get the proper licenses from Microsoft.

HTH,

If the server is setup in application mode, any amount of users can connect to it, no limitation. BUT in the tscc.msc you can specifiy how many users can connect "under the network adaptor" section.

Remember that if you have Window 2000 Professional or Window XP professional, terminal license is not necessary.

Yes above to aimbc, but you must activate the License server
