I have a user that needs to be able to remotly train people on our software. He needs to be able to remote control them, but I do not want to give him admin privliges, is there another way to do this through Terminal Services Manager?

Does it have to be Terminal Services Manager? Can it be done in Windows NetMeeting?

Will Net Meeting allow him to shadow that user?

Just tried Net Meeting and will on Win XP machines

logmein.com is another good remote session tool. The users could see the desktop as the remote user is controlling it. Its good for users who need access from outside of the network. I remote manage like 60 servers all over the country using it. Its realiable and secure (256bit excryption). Im sure there are many others like, but this is a free service. They offer advanced features too, but cost money.

Have a look at gotomeeting.com

It is a pay service but we use it all the time for remote trainging and remote service on PC's.
