Server 1 is Windows 2000 server with terminal services licensing.
Server 2 is Windows 2000 server with terminal services, with Citrix Metaframe 1.8 for Windows 2000.
We publish applications on Server 2.
On each client PC (all Windows 2000 Pro) we create an ICA connection for the Citrix published application.
Recently configured a new PC. Created ICA connection. Accessed connection while signed on as administrator. Everything worked ok.
Signed on as client user and received "Error 1030: Protocol Driver error". Checked event logs on Server 2 and found Event ID 1004 "The terminal server cannot issue a client license".
Logged out as client user, logged back in as administrator, connected to Citrix published application ok.
Logged out as administrator, logged in as client user, get same error.
Any ideas?
All help appreciated.
