Terminal Services disconnects

HELP HELP HELP THIS IS A NIGHTMARE!!!

I have several users who use Terminal services, one of them gets disconnected every day at 5:03pm and it now appears another user is developing the same issue. Can anyone suggest any possible answers or fixes.

The users are using windows xp pro machines and connect using Safenet VPN software provided by Watchgaurd to an X1000 firewall.

The users do not loose there VPN connection, they just get kicked out of the TS session?

If you need anymore info please let me know.

on the rdp connector you have set the settings to never disconnect right?

yes I have set that in TS configuration. All settings are set to never.

Have you rebooted since that change? And are the sessions disconnected or logged off?

Yes I have rebooted still does it though??
