Hi all,

Whenever the Terminal Services Client tries to connect to a remote computer he gets the message:

" Terminal Services client disconnected, the client could not connect to the Terminal Server, The server maybe too busy. Please try connecting later "

He gets this immediately. They have Small Business Server, Win2000 with a Prodigy dialup internet connection. We have a similar setup but T1.
My knowledge of ISA is limited, but we have the same setup and I can connect to that remote server without a problem.
In ISA I setup a filter to allow the port 3389, and a Protocol definition.
What am I missing here? Could it be the Prodigy dialup?

Thanks
Jim

Jim,

Do you have MS ISA server running with Terminal Services? If so, stop the ISA service and try to connect. If you are succesfull, the problem lies in ISA server, and not the client connection.

I'll post more on ISA if that is what the problem is.
