I am running windows 2000 server and installed terminal services is remote mode I need to have 10 remote users connect and work with files, etc... and have found articles that says I need to be in Advanced server mode but my server is up and running and when I go to make the change is states that some of my applications ie exhange server especially might not function and would have to be reinstalled. Don't want to go there.............again.

Can I change to advanced mode via a remote connection without problems or not.

Any suggestions.
Thanks,
cjm

It's tough to say. It depends entirely on what applications you have installed.

Generally it is not a good idea to configure your mail server as a multi-user terminal server. Those roles should be separated.
