terminal service printer problem

I don't know if this is related to McAfee install or not. This last weekend I installed EPO on our W2k server, which unfortunately is also running Citrix 1.8. Other than a general sluggishness, today we have experienced a problem with printers. The terminal server will no longer autocreat printers. I thought perhaps there may be something going on with the Access protection policy, that may be blocking a process. If anyone has any answers please let me know.

There is an hotfix for mcafee virusscan 8.0i and the issue with citrix print. its called HF220262 912. This hotfix have been implemented in patch11. But there is an issue with this hotfix/patch11, The avfilterdriver have an issue with Microsoft DFS. Mcafee is working on this right now.

Rebooted the server the next morning and everything started working like it should.
I have found that often my Citrix issues straighten out with a reboot or 2.
