Got to ask the basics since you don't have the details posted already. Did you join the TS box to the domain?

Can the Domain Admin ID log onto the domain directly at the TS console?

I hope you find this post helpful. Please let me know if it was.

Regards,

Mark

Yes the admini can log on to the terminal server thru rdp but the users can not. I can log on as the admin on the console to the domain i try to join it to the domain but I do not understand active directory very well. Please help

Thanks Frustrated

OK, your last bit of your post indicates that you have not made the TS server a part of the domain.

Log onto the TS Box as Administrator
Right click on My Computer, choose properties
Click the Computer Name tab
Click the Change button
Enter your domain name in the Domain box
Click OK

You will be prompted for the Domain Admin ID and password. Enter them and click OK.

Reboot the server.

You should now be able to log onto the domain from this server.

I hope you find this post helpful. Please let me know if it was.

I have done that I am sorry. That works fine. It is just thru rdp that the users can not log on to the domain but they can log onto the machine.

Also be sure the users have the right to log on locally after joing the domain, I don't know what your security policies are but after joining the TS to the domain, they will affect it.

I want to thank the guys that helped me. I found my problem i still had it joined to the old domain, I disjoined and joined it and everything is great :) thank you all again
