Terminal Server Licesning and Citrix Metaframe XP 2

I am currently receiving logged events in my event log detailing I have a corrupt terminal server connection license pack. I am receiving events stating that the terminal server cannot issue a client license.
When I look at my termial server license manager, the status of the license server is unknown, instead of active. I do not have the option to reactivate. I have the option to activate. When chosen I receive an error from teh license server "The license wizard encountered an internal error from the licensing server. Message number :0xc0110011.

My citrix client users can still log on, however.

I obviously need to uninstall License Manager for Terminal services and reinstall it, then reactivate the licenses.

My questions are

(a) What is the relationship between Citrix Metaframs XP and the TS licensing server. I had thought XP required TS server licensing to function, in this case however it seems XP is functioning fine without.

(b) What are the repercussions of uninstalling TS license manager with XP installaed on the same server ? Are there any ? i.e. will citrix XP ot XP licensing require reinstallation if I uninstall TS licensing ?

some windows 2000 and XP machines got a temporary license.

Only Windows 2000 and XP Professional users have built in license. XP home does not come with a built in license so if you do not have enough TCALs, XP home users will be issued a temp 90 day license.
