Terminal Server licensing

Hello,

I have a Windows 2003 Terminal server, with licensing enabled, on a windows 2000 domain. I have 60 "per device" licenses installed on the terminal server. The issue I have is I have one unix/linux workstation that a user has that uses any number of our 8 terminal servers - the systems is allocated 12 permanent licenses. It seems to be the only workstation with this problem. How can I fix this issue?
