Terminal Server is hang.How to solve it ?

Hello All,

I think everyone here , had at least one time this problem during your life in it support.

Terminal Server is hang, I am not able to connect using remote desktop.

Now , let me shoot my question...

Is there anyway to solve this problem , without reboot the server.

( Is there anyway to restart terminal server services ? )

If you can Manage the Server remotely, just Restart Terminal Services service via the Computer Management GUI. Or if you have access to the NETSVC command, you can do it via command line.

terminal services it's a (NOT_STOPPABLE,NOT_PAUSABLE,IGNORES_SHUTDOWN)

it's impossible to restart using computer management

do you have another idea..

or do you know how to change this ?
