Hi,
We have a client connecting remotely to a Windows 2000 Terminal Server, running in Application mode.
1. The client is connecting to Internet via a high speed cable connection (Rogers).
2. The client could originally connect successfully to the server.
3. The client can no longer connect to the server from home office. The login screen does not even come up, it just says that Terminal Server has disconnected the session.
4. If the client brings their laptop to our office, we can connect successfully. A couple of our consultant's can successfully connect from their home offices, including one consultant also using high speed cable connection from Rogers. All connections work from our office to the Terminal Server.
Why can the client not connect from their home office? What factors should I be looking at to diagnose this problem?
Thanks.
