Hello,
I am in the process of activating Windows Terminal Server(Standard Edition) on a Windows Server 2003 operating system. Is there a default number of CAL's included or do I have to purchase them to use Terminal Server ? Thank you.
Joe

Win2K3 comes with 2 administrator terminal servvice connections out of the box. These are active even if you don't tell Win2K3 that it's a terminal server. If you activate Terminal Server on the box you will have something like 90 days to buy licenses. If you haven't purchased licenses by the end TS will stop working.

Thank you. This means I will get some CAL's right away.
