Terminal Serveices unable to start 1

On my Windows 2000 server, I have ciscoWorks 2000,installed. I am trying to start the terminal services on this server, but not able to start is, under the control panel/admintool/services/ The terminal services is status is starting, startup type is Manual and log on as is LocalSystem. the status is not changing to started, so I was not able to logon the this server through treminal services. Please help.

I alrady reinstalled the terminal servives on the server, and its working now.
